Verify email
Checks the address (1 verification credit). Use a Condition on "verification result" next.
Send email
Sends a template from a verified sender, with tracking (1 sending credit).
Wait
Pauses this contact for minutes, hours or days.
Condition (if / else)
Continues when the rule matches; otherwise jumps to another step or ends.
Add to list
Adds the contact to a list.
Remove from list
Removes the contact from a list.
Add tag
Tags the contact.
Remove tag
Removes a tag.
Update contact field
Sets a contact field or custom field (supports {{merge}} tags).
HTTP request / webhook
POSTs the contact and context as signed JSON to a URL (CRM, n8n, Zapier, Make). The JSON response is stored for later steps.
AI generate text
Writes personalised text and saves it to a custom field you can use as a {{merge}} tag.
AI classify contact
Asks AI to choose one label (e.g. hot / warm / cold) and saves it to a custom field.
Notify me
Sends you an in-app and email notification.
Built to be safe
Each contact enters an automation once unless you allow re-entry. Email steps never send to unsubscribed, bounced or suppressed addresses, charge credits one email at a time and refund failures. Waiting contacts resume exactly where they paused.
