Custom domains

Send and track on your own domain

Authenticate your sending domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and brand your tracking links with a CNAME on your own subdomain.

Sending domain

  1. 1. Add your domain. Enter customerdomain.com in your dashboard.
  2. 2. Publish DNS records. We generate SPF, DKIM, DMARC and — where the provider supports it — a custom Return-Path / MAIL FROM record.
  3. 3. Verify DNS. Status moves from Pending to Checking to Verified. Domains are re-checked daily.
  4. 4. Create senders. Only addresses on verified domains can be used as From addresses.

Tracking domain

  1. 1. Choose a subdomain. For example track.customerdomain.com or click.customerdomain.com.
  2. 2. Add one CNAME. Point it to the target shown in your dashboard.
  3. 3. Verify. Opens, clicks, web views and unsubscribe links then use your subdomain.
