InboxRoads is the control plane. Email is delivered through professionally managed SMTP and API providers, with limits that keep every sender in good standing.
Multiple providers
SMTP relays, Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun and HTTP APIs — configured and maintained by our team.
Sending pools
Providers are grouped into pools and balanced by weight. Accounts are assigned the pool that fits their use case.
Rate limits
Per-minute, hourly and daily limits for each provider, pool, domain, account and campaign.
Bounce & complaint webhooks
Provider events update recipient status and suppression lists automatically.
Encrypted credentials
Provider credentials are encrypted at rest and never visible to customers.
Reputation safeguards
Campaigns pause automatically when bounce or complaint rates exceed safe thresholds.
We do not offer techniques to evade spam filters or provider policies. Good deliverability comes from permission, clean lists and authenticated sending.
