These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InboxRoads ("InboxRoads", "we", "us"), including the website at inboxroads.com, the web application and the API (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be at least the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity through API keys you create.
2. Credits and payments
- The Service is paid for with prepaid credits. Unless stated otherwise, one credit covers one email verification or one email send.
- Credits are added only after we receive confirmation of your payment from the payment provider or, for offline payments, after we confirm receipt.
- Credits are reserved when a verification job or campaign starts and returned automatically for work that is not performed (for example, when you cancel).
- Some packages have a validity period, shown at the time of purchase. Expired credits cannot be used or refunded.
- Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, refund unused credits.
3. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all laws that apply to your email, including anti-spam and data-protection laws. You must only send email to people who have given permission to receive it, and you must honour unsubscribe requests.
4. Your content and data
You keep all rights to the contacts, templates and content you upload ("Customer Data"). You grant us the rights needed to host, process and transmit Customer Data to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the personal data you upload. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Sending infrastructure
Email is delivered through third-party providers selected and configured by us. We may apply sending limits, pause campaigns that show high bounce or complaint rates, or change the infrastructure assigned to your account to protect deliverability for all customers. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered to an inbox.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, create risk for the Service or other customers, or are used for unlawful activity. You may close your account at any time.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the application before it takes effect.
