Email deliverability you can measure
The InboxRoads Deliverability Center checks your authentication, reputation signals, block lists and sending health — and tells you, in plain language, what to fix first.
Deliverability score
A 0–100 score from weighted, measured components, with the detail behind each one and a 60-day history.
Domain health
Live SPF (including the 10-lookup limit), DKIM, DMARC policy and reporting, MX and return-path checks.
IP health
Reverse DNS and forward-confirmed PTR for your sending IPs, plus block-list status.
Block-list monitoring
Domains and IPs are checked every few hours. You get an alert when a listing appears or clears.
DMARC reports
Import aggregate reports (.xml, .gz, .zip) and see every source sending as your domain.
SMTP diagnostics
Test a server: connection, greeting, EHLO, STARTTLS, TLS version and certificate, and authentication.
IP warm-up
Plans with daily caps that increase only while bounce and complaint rates stay healthy.
AI advisor
A plain-language review of your measured data, prioritised. It never invents numbers.
Bounce & complaint trends
Week-over-week comparisons so you notice a problem before mailbox providers do.
Questions
From measured signals only: live SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX checks of your verified domains, your bounce and complaint rates over the last 30 days, block-list results for your domains and sending IPs, reverse DNS of those IPs, and the share of verified contacts in your audience. Signals without enough data are left out instead of guessed.
No. Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo and others decide placement with their own, private signals. The score shows how well your setup and sending habits match what they publicly ask senders to do.
Public DNS block lists such as Spamhaus ZEN and DBL, SpamCop, Barracuda, UCEPROTECT, PSBL, Mailspike, DroneBL, SURBL and URIBL. If a list refuses a query, we show "could not check" rather than a result.
Daily XML reports that mailbox providers send to the address in your DMARC record (rua=). Upload them to see which servers send mail using your domain and whether SPF and DKIM pass.
