Create your account and confirm your email

Creating an InboxRoads account takes a couple of minutes. There's no subscription to choose: you sign up, confirm your email address, and buy credits when you're ready to verify or send.

Sign up

1. Go to /register.
2. Fill in the form:
   • Full name (required)
   • Company name (optional, but it appears on your invoices)
   • Work email (required, and this is where your confirmation link goes)
   • Password and Confirm password. Use at least 10 characters with both letters and numbers.
   • Country and Time zone. Your time zone is detected automatically. It's used when you schedule campaigns and for dates across the app.
3. Tick the box to accept the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. By ticking it you also confirm you will only email people who gave you permission.
4. Click Create account.

You're signed in right away and land on your Dashboard.

Confirm your email address

We send a confirmation link to the address you signed up with. Until you click it, a yellow banner at the top of every page reads "Please confirm your email address to unlock verification and sending."

Before you confirm, you can open the Dashboard, Billing & credits and Settings. Everything else needs a confirmed address first: email verification, contacts, lists, campaigns, sending domains, senders and API keys.

To confirm:

1. Open the email from InboxRoads and click the confirmation link.
2. You'll return to the dashboard with the message "Your email address is confirmed."

Didn't get the email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Click Resend email in the yellow banner to get a new link.
• Make sure you signed up with the right address. You can fix a typo under Settings → Profile. Changing your email sends a new confirmation link to the new address.

Tip: If you change your email address later, you'll need to confirm the new one before you can verify or send again.
