Navigating the InboxRoads dashboard

A tour of the sidebar menu, the dashboard cards, notifications and your credit balance, so you always know where to find things.

Your Dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. This article explains what each part does and where to find everything else.

The sidebar menu

The left sidebar groups every page into five sections:

Section Pages
Overview Dashboard
Audience Email verification, Contacts, Lists, Segments, Suppression
Campaigns Campaigns, Templates, Reports
Sending setup Sending domains, Senders, Tracking domains
Account Billing & credits, Settings

Your Credit balance is shown at the bottom of the sidebar. Click it to go to Billing & credits and buy more. On a phone, open the menu with the icon at the top left. There, your balance shows as a small badge in the header.

What's on the dashboard

  • Finish setting up your account. This progress card lists five steps: Confirm your email, Add business address, Verify a sending domain, Create a sender and Add contacts. Finished steps are crossed out, and the card disappears once all five are done.
  • Stat cards. Your credit balance, plus totals for Contacts, Verified emails, Campaigns and Emails sent.
  • Quick actions. Shortcuts to Verify emails, Create campaign, Buy credits, Add domain, Add sender and View reports.
  • Active work. Running or scheduled campaigns and verification jobs appear here with their progress. Click one to open it.
  • Credit usage · last 14 days. A bar chart that splits credits spent on verification and on sending.
  • Campaign performance · recent campaigns. Open and click rates for your latest campaigns.
  • Recent activity. Your latest credit transactions (purchases, verification, sends, refunds). Full credit history opens the complete log.

The Verify emails and Create campaign buttons at the top right are the fastest way to start the two main tasks.

Notifications and your account menu

  • The bell icon in the header shows notifications, such as a finished verification job, a confirmed payment or a low credit balance. Click Mark all read to clear them.
  • Click your name at the top right to open Settings or Billing, or to Log out.

Tip: Many long-running tasks, like verification and campaign sending, run in the background. You can leave the page, and a notification will tell you when a verification job is done.

Key takeaways

  • The sidebar groups pages into Overview, Audience, Campaigns, Sending setup and Account.
  • The setup card shows what's left before you can send.
  • Your credit balance is always visible in the sidebar.
